DC Poets: Lady Di (Sylvia Dianne Beverly)

Our Wedding Bliss

Twinkling stars brightly shining
Love and Happiness through open
     windows of our souls

To have and to hold my Beloved
I will forever love you
With a tenderness that daily unfolds
     Sweet kisses
Each waken breath you are my
     Heart's desire

You for me my handsome King
Me for you your beautiful Queen
We are what God has joined
     together
We unite on this unforgettable
lovely day, perpetually two shall
     stay one

The honey in each other's tea
A cool drink of Spring water to
     Help quench each other's thirst
Warm Sunshine creates a golden
Glow and a strong love so deep
My Darling to last a lifetime

We love each other abundantly
Love everlastingly strong
Love like no other,
Love flowing to our families
     and friends
A mad crazy kind of Love

Wholeheartedly, we are Sweethearts
Forever wonderful, so amazing
We truly adore each other
We pray our love heightens day by
     day
We pray to keep the torch aflame
Oh my Darling, we are so in love.

(For Aisha and Kenney on their Wedding Day, 6-11-16)
